Aftercare Request

Whether you're navigating a tricky behaviour or just need a bit of reassurance, our aftercare team is here to help.

This form will ask you about yourself and your dog, what's been happening, and what you've already tried.

Please take your time filling this in as the more detail you can give us, the better we'll be able to help.

Once you've submitted the form, one of our team will be in touch via email within 48 hours

About you

This is how we will respond to your request - please double check it is correct

About your dog

If you have renamed your dog, please select 'No'.
This will help us check any records and get in touch with the relevant people to give you the best possible support.
This helps us understand what stage of the settling in process you're at.
In your own words, tell us what's been happening - don't worry about detail at this stage, just give us an overview of what you're experiencing.

Tell us more

The following questions are designed to help you think through exactly what happened.

Don't worry if you find some questions difficult to answer, just share what you can.

Remember, the more detail you're able to give us, the better placed we'll be to offer you the right support.

Describe the behaviour itself as precisely as you can - what did it look, sound, or feel like? For example: "He froze, then growled, then snapped in my direction without making contact"
For example: "He barks for about 20 minutes every time we leave the house, usually 2-3 times a day" or "It happened once, lasted a few seconds and hasn't happened since"
Think back to just before the behaviour happened - where were you, what were you doing, who was present, what was your dog doing? For example: "We were in the kitchen, I reached down to pick up his bowl while he was still eating"
What did you or anyone else do in response, and how did your dog react to that? For example: "I stepped back and he went back to eating"
Tell us anything you've already done to manage this - for example training techniques you've tried, changes you've made to their routine, advice you've received from a trainer or vet, or anything else you've attempted. If you haven't tried anything yet that's completely fine, just let us know that too!
